<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic card which is increased in mounting density by reducing the occupation area of a surface-mounted oscillator to a card substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic card comprises the card substrate 3 having a bottom wall, forming a sealed container, on one principal surface side and a flat portion, where an electronic component 2 is mounted, formed on the one principal surface side by extending the bottom wall, the surface-mounted oscillator 1 stored in the container and having a crystal piece 8 and an IC chip 9 arranged in a vertical direction, a matching terminal 6 formed on the other principal surface of the card substrate 3, and a resin mold covering the electronic component 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
