METHOD OF RECOVERING THERMOPLASTIC AROMATIC POLYESTER RESIN FROM MULTILAYER MOLDED BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of recovering a regenerative and highly-pure thermoplastic aromatic polyester resin by a dry process from a multilayer molded body containing a thermoplastic aromatic polyester resin layer and a polyglycolic acid layer.

SOLUTION: The recovering method comprises: a process 1 of crushing the multilayer molded body using a crusher in which a rotor with a plurality of rotary blades attached to the penumbra at regular intervals are housed in a housing with a plurality of fixed blades attached to obtain evenly sized crushed materials; a process 2 of supplying the crushed materials to a dry type specific gravity difference sorter provided with an inclined and netted deck; and a process 3 of recovering the thermoplastic aromatic polyester resin component which is separated in layer by operating the dry type specific gravity difference sorter.
