<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety valve in which variations in opening valve pressure is small and quality is stable while quality assurance is given certainly, its manufacturing method, a sealed battery and its manufacturing method, a vehicle, and a battery-mounted equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The safety valve is installed in a battery case of a sealed battery which includes a power generation element housed inside and is sealed, and includes a cleavage channel. The cleavage channel of the safety valve includes a measuring channel with a wider width than the other portion formed partially. Even if the other portion of the cleavage channel is one with a smaller channel width, by measuring the depth of the measuring channel, the depth of the cleavage channel is obtained, and acceptance quality determination is made. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
