PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the medal conveyance device of a game machine for smoothly conveying medals by surely uniforming medals in one stage, the medals being ejected at a high speed overlapped in multi-stages. SOLUTION: A sending passage 2 connected to a medal ejection machine is formed like a concave, and one side of the sending passage 2 is obliquely and lowly tilted, and a medal uniforming member 3 for collapsing the medals in the second and following stages, and for ejecting the medals from one side to a downward ejection passage 4 is arranged at the sending passage 2 so as to be freely rocked. The medal uniforming member 3 is configured such that the upper end of a rocking arm 32 is pivotally mounted on one higher side of the sending passage 2 so as to be rocked, and that a medal uniforming part 33 is formed, at the lower end of the rocking arm 32, with a gap through which one medal can pass between itself and the sending passage face.
