PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device and an image forming device capable of reducing noise and a shock when ejecting a sheet bundle. SOLUTION: An upper bundle ejecting roller 130b is held so as to freely contact-separate to a lower bundle ejecting roller 130a. A rocking guide 149 movable to a first position for separating the upper bundle ejecting roller 130b from the lower bundle ejecting roller 130a and a second position for allowing the upper bundle ejecting roller 130b to abut on the lower bundle ejecting roller 130a, is moved toward the second position from the first position when ejecting the processed sheet bundle SA by a moving mechanism 100D. When the processed sheet bundle SA passes through bundle ejecting roller pairs 130, the rocking guide 149 turning to the second position is stopped once by controlling the moving mechanism 100D.
