PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotatable joint improved in air-tightness and water-tightness while facilitating connection and assembling by reducing the number of part items. SOLUTION: The connecting joint of pipe and tube includes a male pipe provided on one surface of the joint, a female pipe with the outer diameter of the male pipe as an inside diameter formed on the other surface, and one or more irregular meshing rings on each of the joining surfaces of the male and female pipes, in which the male pipe of the joint is pressed into the female pipe while extending the inside diameter of the female pipe, the inner surface of the female pipe is pressed onto the outer surface of the male pipe by pressing and contracting the diameter of the female pipe from the outside, whereby two joints are rotatably connected by meshing the irregular meshing rings with each other.
