WASTE TREATMENT METHOD AND CASTING LINE SYSTEM IN FOUNDRY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting line system capable of saving the consumption amount of an insolubilization agent by adding the insolubilization agent in amounts proper to the respective pollution degrees of two or more polluted sites and carrying out insolubilization treatment in the process of insolubilization treatment for harmful substances such as halogens contained in waste sand and waste collection dust generated in a foundry. SOLUTION: The waste treatment method for treating chemical substances and heavy metals contained in wastes generated in a casting line for manufacturing cast products is characterized in that the wastes generated in respective steps of the casting line are separately collected for the respective steps and the collected respective wastes are subjected to insolubilization treatment.
