PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyaniline graft polymer stably dispersible or soluble in various solvents for a long time and capable of forming a coating film and a self-supporting film. SOLUTION: The polyaniline graft polymer has a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000-100,000 and is obtained by addition copolymerization of a polyaniline-added prepolymer having a polyaniline added to a (meth)acrylate having glycidyl group or isocyanate group with another monomer having unsaturated group through double bonds of the prepolymer and the monomer. The graft polymer is produced by a step to add the polyaniline to the (meth)acrylate having glycidyl group or isocyanate group to obtain the polyaniline-added prepolymer; and a step to perform addition copolymerization of the obtained polyaniline-added prepolymer and another monomer containing unsaturated group through double bonds of the prepolymer and the monomer.
