<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional rubber vibration isolator including a bolt fixed thereto, in which a nut is difficult to fit since the length of its shank is predetermined, and the shank is cut when the length is reduced for a reason such as the collision to a circumferential wall or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: One bolt 3 is inserted to an elastic inner cylinder 13 composed of a cylindrical body 15 and a closed part 17. The other bolt 3 is inserted to an elastic outer cylinder 21 composed of a cylindrical body 23, a closed part 25, and a fitting recessed part 29 formed on the inner surface of the closed part 25. The outer cylinder 21 is fitted onto the inner cylinder 13 so that the closed parts 17 and 25 are located at both ends, whereby the elastic vibration proofing material, a rubber vibration isolator 1 in this example, having a double-cylinder structure is constituted. Although the shanks 5 of the bolts 3 are protruded from both ends in the rubber vibration isolator 1, the protruding length of the shank 5 of each bolt 3 can be adjusted by installing the bolt 3 differed in the length of the shank 5 to the inner cylinder 13 or the outer cylinder 21.
