<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet device which reliably detects exit of a user and which effectively performs operation of an additional function. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The toilet device is provided with a cleaning function part, the additional function part, an approach-detection sensor, a human-body detection sensor, and a control part. The cleaning function part can perform the cleaning function using a water-spraying nozzle, and the additional function part is to perform the predetermined operation after the use by the user. The approach-detection sensor can detect the user who approaches a toilet bowl, and the human-body detection sensor can detect the user standing in front of the toilet bowl. The control part makes the additional function part perform the predetermined operation based on the detection results of the approach-detection sensor and the human-body detection sensor.
