<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively produce and supply high-quality fluidized soil even of a small quantity near a small scale site far from a fluidized soil production plant since inexpensive construction of the fluidized soil is difficult at such a site. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fluidized soil produced in a state where a solidifying agent is not mixed in the fluidized soil production plant is dried, is stored into a moisture-proof bag and sealed as dried and fluidized soil, a set amount of solidifying agent is stored into an another bag and sealed, they are accommodated in a small or medium track, water in an accommodation water tank is transferred to a refluidization apparatus with an inclination lifter 3 by a set amount in the vicinity of the site, convection stirring is caused, the dried and fluidized soil and solidifying agent are mixed in prescribed amounts after the bag is opened, fluidization stirring is performed, thereafter, the fluidized soil equal to the blending design in the production plant can be inexpensively supplied to the spot.
