<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-laminated type micro-reactor module where plates can be mutually bonded with proper strength by diffusion bonding even if a channel area that is a channel of fluid is increased in this module. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A heat transfer medium circulation unit 100 is configured by bonding a lower plate 10 and an upper plate 20. A recess 13 is formed in a region inside an outer circumferential section 12 on the upper surface of the lower plate 10 and a plurality of ribs 11 are erected from the bottom of the recess 13. A recess 23 is formed in a region inside an outer circumferential section 22 on a lower surface of the upper plate 20 and a plurality of ribs 21 are erected from the bottom of the recess 23. The lower plate 10 and upper plate 20 are diffusively bonded such that the outer circumferential section 12 and the outer circumferential section 22 contact, and ceiling faces of the plurality of the ribs 11 and those of the plurality of the ribs 21 are laminated with both the faces contacted, and contacted portions are diffusively bonded.
