<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing chocolate composite confectionery having palate feeling like baked confectionery only by filling in a forming mold and drying; and to provide a method for producing the chocolate composite confectionery as if combined with baked confectionery without a baking process. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The chocolate composite confectionery is obtained by combining with chocolate, pneumatic gumi candy having a specific gravity of 0.60-1.25, and a composition ratio in a range of 30-90 wt.% of at least one selected from sugar and trehalose, 1-16 wt.% of gelatin, 4-12 wt.% of moisture, and 5-40 wt.% of lipid. The method for producing the chocolate composite confectionery includes aerating a gumi candy base comprising at least one selected from sugar and trehalose, addedly mixing lipid with the product, filling the dough thus obtained in a forming mold followed by drying, and combining the aerated gumi candy thus obtained with chocolate when filling or after drying the aerated gumi candy.
