PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conical bearing, capable of preventing wear or seizure resulting from lack of lubricating oil by smoothly introducing lubricating oil from the minor diameter-side end part of an inner ring raceway surface and guiding the introduced lubricating oil to between a major end surface of a conical roller and a roller guide surface of a large flange part of an inner ring. SOLUTION: The large flange part 12 having the roller guide surface 13 for guiding the major end surface of a tapered roller 30 is formed on the major diameter-side end part of the inner ring raceway surface 11. The minor diameter-side end part of the inner ring raceway surface 11 is formed in a shape free from small collar part to form an introduction part of lubricating oil. A retainer 40 includes a major diameter-side annular part 41, a minor diameter-side annular part 42, and a plurality of column parts 44, which are integrally molded of a synthetic resin material. The inside surface of the retainer 40 is formed in a circular shape smaller than an arrangement pitch circle A of the conical rollers 30 to form a guide surface 45 for guiding the lubricating oil to the roller guide surface 13 of the large flange part 12. An engagement part 46 which is engaged with the large flange part 12 of the inner ring 10 to regulate the axial movement thereof is formed in an integrated manner on the major diameter-side annular part 41 of the retainer 40.
