PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoconductive composition which has the rubber-like elasticity and the high thermoconductivity in a plane direction though an elastomer component is filled with a great deal of a carbon fiber. SOLUTION: This thermoconductive composition contains (a) 100 pts.mass of an elastomer component, (b) 50-600 pts.mass of a carbon fiber having an average fiber length of 50-300μm and an average fiber diameter of 5-15μm, or of a graphite powder having an average particle diameter of 1-150μm, (c) 50-500 pts.mass of a ceramics powder having a relatively smaller particle diameter than that of a ceramic powder (d), (d) 0-500 pts.mass of a ceramic powder having a relatively larger particle diameter than that of a metal-based filler or the ceramic powder (c), (e) 0.05-20 pts.mass of a hardener or a vulcanizing agent, wherein a thermal conductivity in a plane direction is 8 or more W/m×K, and the composition is cured.
