PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlock device in which a connection operation of a disconnector is carried out freely, while a disconnecting operation of the disconnector is locked in a current-flow state. SOLUTION: A lever 3 is supported in a free rotation on a base axis 2 bridging over sidewalls 1a, 1a of a mount 1, one end part of the lever 3 is connected with a blade of the disconnector, and a locking piece 3c is arranged on an intermediate part. On a case 5 on the mount 1, there is arranged a release operation switch 6 which effectively works only when a non-current of a main circuit with the disconnector interposed is detected by a current detector. A solenoid is fixed inside the case 5 and a lock pin 9 is projected downward. The lock pin 9 appears and disappears on the way of moving of the locking piece 3c of the lever 3, and is locked with the locking piece 3c at a locking position to arrest a disconnecting operation of the lever 3, and is released from the cutout of the locking piece 3c at a releasing position to allow a connecting operation of the lever 3.
