PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photograph vending machine which has a printing function and a relief processing function and can execute both works of the printing of a photograph as well as a smooth relief processing by only one unit. SOLUTION: This photograph vending machine 1 includes a plurality of printers 20, at least one printing/relief processing apparatus 21, and a control section 24. The printing/relief processing apparatus 21 is constituted of a printing means 22, a relief processing means 23 and a cutting means 28. The relief processing means 23 includes a relief side carrying means, and a pressure-contact body driving means having a pressure-contact body. The pressure-contact body is brought into pressure-contact with the rear surface of a printing paper which has been printed by the printing means 22, and the printing paper is carried in a specified direction under the state that the pressure-contact body remains in pressure-contact with the printing paper. At the same time, the pressure-contact body is driven in a direction being orthogonal to the carrying direction and the thickness direction of the printing paper, and thus, a relief process is applied in a specified region of the printing paper by making the distal end of the pressure-contact body slide within the specified region in the printing paper.
