<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold warning device capable of urging an operator to leave a cargo handling vehicle, by regulating the operating time of the cargo handling vehicle in a refrigerator. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This cold warning device 11 includes a temperature measuring means 13 arranged in a proper place of the cargo handling vehicle, a time counting means 15, an entrance time storage means 17 for recording the time for detecting the air temperature in the refrigerator by the temperature measuring means 13 as an entrance time, a leaving time storage means 19 for recording the time for detecting the air temperature outside of the refrigerator by the temperature measuring means 13 as a leaving time, an upper limit storage means 21 for recording the upper limit value of time when the cargo handling vehicle operates in the refrigerator, a control device 23 mainly composed of a microcomputer, and a warning means 25 for outputting display for warning to leave the cargo handling vehicle 1 from the refrigerator.
