<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the assembling work of a fixed scroll, a rotary scroll, and an auxiliary crank mechanism. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A bolt 27 is fastened to a female screw 44 of a fixed side shaft 38 via a washer 38 for fixing a fixed side ball bearing to the fixed side shaft 38 of an auxiliary crank 37 while applying a preload to the fixed side ball bearing. As a recessed part 46 formed in the fixed side shaft 38 is engaged with a projected part 47 formed in the washer 28, by fastening the bolt 27 while pressing the washer 28 using a tool such as a wrench, a fastening force by fastening the bolt 27 is prevented from being applied to the rotary scroll or the base end of a rotary side bearing 39 of the auxiliary crank 37.
