PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component delivery device capable of efficiently delivering a component in a state of minimizing air leakage. SOLUTION: An advancing-retreating type transfer member 38 is inserted into a case body 24, and a storage recessed part 40 of the component 20 is formed in a place coincident with an inlet passage 28 of the case body 24. An outlet passage 58 is formed so as to coincide with the storage recessed part 40 when the transfer member 38 moves at a predetermined distance. An air injection port 63 for delivering the component 20 in the storage recessed part 40 from the outlet passage 58 through air injection, is opened toward the inside of the storage recessed part 40 via an air passage 64 formed in the transfer member 38.
