PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic terminal unit having a means for inhibiting shift to the browsing of data not permitted by a user when lending the electronic terminal unit storing the data to a third person. SOLUTION: The electronic terminal unit 100 includes: a storage part 12 for storing the data; a medium 10 for outputting the data; permission setting parts 11 and 14 for setting an output permission to the data whose output is to be permitted among the data stored in the storage part 12; selection parts 14 and 16 for selecting the data to be output to the medium from the data stored in the storage part 12; and a control part 11 for outputting the data whose output is permitted to the medium 10 and not outputting the data whose output is not permitted to the medium 10 among the data selected in the selection part 14.
