<p>When a shelf (12) is rotated from a closed position to a pushed-in position, the coupling pin (68) of a lock member (64) is unlocked. Since elastic energy is accumulated in a constant force spring (56) in the closed position of the shelf (12), when the coupling pin (68) is unlocked, a slider (54) is moved by the impelling force of the constant force spring (56), and rotation of the shelf (12) is stopped by said slider (54) at a specified position located between the closed position and the open position. If the shelf (12) is then rotated from the specified position to the open position, the slider (54) moves and elastic energy is accumulated in the constant force spring (56) by means of said slider (54).</p> |
