PURPOSE: A photo curable compound including a urethane (meth)acrylate group is provided to secure the improved stripping property and adhesive force after photo curing the compound. CONSTITUTION: A photo curable compound is marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, A1 is either carbon or silicon. Ar1~Ar3 are a C6~C20 substituted or non-substituted arylene group. L1 is selected from the group consisting of a single bond group, and a C1~C20 alkylene group. R1 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, a C1~C5 alkyl group, and others. |
