PURPOSE: A femto base station device using a recognition wireless communication technology and a data transmitting method of the femto base station are provided to transmit data using frequency bands which other femto base stations do not use according to a frequency usage state of adjacent femto base stations. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting unit(330) transmits the first data using the first frequency band. A receiving unit(310) receives the second channel state information about the second frequency band used by the second base station. The transmitting unit transmits the second data using the second frequency band according to the second channel state information. The second base station receives the first channel state information about the first frequency band. The second base station transmits the third data using the first frequency band according to the first channel state information.
