PURPOSE: A measuring device is provided to easily seal the air tightness between the electrode inserted from the inner side of a measuring tube and a lining member at the same surface pressure by inserting the electrode into an insertion hole. CONSTITUTION: A measuring device comprises a measuring tube(1), a lining member(2), an insertion hole(4), an electrode(3) and a fixing part(5). Through the measuring tube, subject flows. The lining member is lined on the inner wall of the measuring tube. The insertion hole passes through the wall and the lining member of the measuring tube. The electrode is inserted from the inner side of the measuring tube. One end of the electrode makes contact with the subject. The fixing parts draw the electrode toward the outer wall. The electrode is exposed to the inside of the measuring tube.
