PURPOSE: A method for providing service information of an IPTV, a hybrid IPTV and a storing medium thereof are provided to receive/display personalized IPTV service information based on user information from an IPTV service server. CONSTITUTION: User information is transmitted to an IPTV service server through an Internet protocol network(302), and the IPTV service server creates the personalized IPTV service information(303). The user information based personalized IPTV service information is received from the IPTV service server(304), and the received personalized IPTV service information is displayed(305).
