PURPOSE: A golf mat used for indoor practices is provided to maximize practice effect by enabling a user to control the slope and the curve of the mat according to the need of the user and to play a role for supporting a golf ball by including a separate spring for supporting a hall cup. CONSTITUTION: A golf mat used for indoor practices is comprised of an upper mat and a lower mat. A hall cup is formed on one side of the upper mat. Multiple elastic springs are installed on the inner part of the golf mat. The upper mat and the lower mat are separated. Upper and lower support plates(12,22) are included on both sides of the golf mat. A height control unit is included on the upper and lower support plates.
