<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain power fluctuation generated on a consumer side by a power supply side. <P>SOLUTION: This reactive power compensation system includes reactive power extracting means 80 which extracts a reactive current element from load current IL, reverse phase current extracting means 85 which extracts a reverse phase current element, amplitude phase computing means 60 which computes frequency characteristics for load admittance from the load current IL and linkage point voltage Vs, frequency specifying means 70 which specifies specific frequency based on amplitude characteristics and phase characteristics of the load admittance, a BEF 90 which removes the frequency element of the specific frequency, a BEF 95 which removes the frequency element of the specific element, and a power converter 20 which adds and outputs a compensation current formed from a positive phase current for canceling an output signal of the BEF 90 and a reverse phase current for canceling the output signal of the BEF 95 to the load current IL. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
