PURPOSE: A double-faced grill valve for a gas range is provided to facilitate manipulation by integrating the rotation of a level control cam with a main coke. CONSTITUTION: A double-faced grill valve for a gas range comprises a main body(10), a magnet unit(20), a shaft(30), a main cock(40), a level control cam(50), a level control body(60), a level control rod(70), and a level control spring(80). The magnet unit opening and closing a gas passage(13) is installed in the main body. The shaft comprises a main rod(31) controlling the magnet unit. The main cock opens and closes a gas outlet(12). The level control cam lifts the level control rod. The level control body comprises a lower burner gas passage, an upper burner gas passage, a lower burner gas supply inlet, a pilot burner gas supply inlet, and an upper burner gas supply inlet(66). The level control rod is ascended and descended by the level control cam.
