PURPOSE: A waist guard equipped with a retractor is provided, which is capable of periodically drawing the waist region using a front cover, a back cover, a side board and a buckle. CONSTITUTION: A waist guard equipped with a retractor includes: a front cover(100) which is used to prevent contamination by blocking the sweat permeation; a back cover(200) which is also used to prevent contamination by blocking the sweat permeation; an electromagnet buckle(400) which has an attached electromagnet to draw the spine region and stimulate the circulation of the blood; a side board(300) which pushes up patient's spine to the both sides of breast region from the pelvis; a rubber band which interlinks a pair of buckle females; a fastening band(500) which interlinks a pair of male buckles at the end part; and a binding member which firmly fastens the front cover, back cover and side board after attaching them to the patient's body.
