METHOD OF TRANSMITTING UPLINK CONTROL SIGNAL IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An uplink control signal transmission method in a wireless communication system is provided to transmit size information of the uplink control channel which is necessary to constitute the uplink control channel at minimum. CONSTITUTION: A MS(Mobile Station) receives resource assignment information about a plurality of uplink control channels(S400). A successively adjacent resource refers to one standard uplink control channel selected among the plurality of uplink control channels is allocated in the plurality of uplink control channels. The resource assignment information comprises size of a wireless resource allocated in the plurality of uplink control channels in resource area which the plurality of uplink control channels are consisted. The MS transmits uplink control signal through one among the plurality of uplink control channels(S410).
