<p>The arrester has a coaxial line section with first characteristic impedance, and a coaxial short-circuit line (KL) with second characteristic impedance greater than the first impedance. Serial transformation lines (TL1, TL2) provided on both sides of a terminal of the line exhibits third impedance that is lesser than the first impedance. A no-load line (LL1, LL2) with fourth impedance lesser than the first impedance is provided on each transformation line. The no-load line is closed with another short-circuit line (GD1) comprising fifth impedance that is greater than the first impedance.</p> |
