PURPOSE: An output buffer circuit and an IC thereof are provided to supply various impedances by controlling impedance through unit circuits which are connected in parallel. CONSTITUTION: A controller(110) generates a control signal. The control signal is generated in response to a mode signal. The mode signal is applied from an internal circuit. An output driver(120) selectively executes a driver operation, a termination operation, or an electrostatic discharge protection operation.
