Method for determining an electricity supply state variable in an active medical implant

The method involves subjecting a preset load with power supply, and detecting output voltage during a time segment of a load phase. Measurement values are compared with a comparison value, or a chronological curve of the voltage obtained from the measurement values is compared with the comparison curve. The comparison result is considered as characteristic for a power supply state variable. A measurement value of the voltage is detected after beginning and before end of the load phase. The state variable is determined before, during and/or after reformation of an energy storage capacitor. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an arrangement for executing a method for determining a power supply state variable (2) a monitoring system for monitoring a state of power supplies of active medical implants.
