<p>A fluid treatment device is disclosed. The device includes a vessel having a fluid entrance and exit. Within the vessel hollow fiber of nano-porous material are arranged so as to define two volumes separated by the nano-porous material. In one embodiment the fluid, air, passes up the center of the hollow fiber drying as the air contacts the inner walls of the fiber. The device is purged by stopping the flow through the device and allowing the air pressure that builds up between the fibers to be released through the nano-porous material.</p> |
