PURPOSE: An apparatus for providing information and a method of the same are provided to offer various information by considering a region offering the information and the change of external circumstance. CONSTITUTION: An information-designating unit(110) designates a displaying target and a region, which provides the information, with respect to geographic data. An information displaying unit(140) displays the displaying target which is matched to the region which provides the information. The information-designating unit designates the displaying target with respect to an object with a structure on the geographic data. The information displaying unit changes information which is maps on the displaying target according to the change of external circumstance. |
