THE METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE CONTACT PUSHER FOF THE MATCH PLATE

PURPOSE: A pusher block manufacturing method for a match plate of a test handler is provided to remarkably reduce the number of processes. CONSTITUTION: A lower mold(100) and an upper mold(200) are formed. The lower mold has a body forming recess(111) for forming a body of the pusher block. The upper mold has a pusher unit molding groove(211) for molding the pusher unit of the pusher block. The lower mold is connected to the upper mold. The molten metal is inserted. The pusher block cast is formed as one body with a pusher unit of a main body of the pusher block.
