PURPOSE: A method for producing Lactobacillus of high concentration using a membrane bioreactor is provided to continuously remove Lactobacillus growth inhibitor and to reduce operation cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing Lactobacillus mycobiont in a membrane bioreactor comprises: a step of culturing Lactobacillus mycobiont in the membrane bioreactor; a step of supplying culture medium to the bioreactor; and a step of collecting the Lactobacillus mycobiont continuously. The Lactobacillus mycobiont is Lactobacillus genus, Bifidobacterium genus, or Streptococcus genus. The diameter of the membrane is 0.1-4 um.
