PURPOSE: An eco-friendly color coating agent for flooring materials is provided to be quickly dried, to have excellent water resistance, an adhesive property, abrasion resistance, and a weatherproof property, and to obtain a slip prevention function. CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly color coating agent for flooring materials comprises: an acrylic emulsion resin composition having a glass transition temperature of (-10)-10 °C, viscosity of 5-20 Poises, and a non volatile fraction of 48%; 50-70 parts by weight of filler based on 100.0 parts by weight of the acrylic emulsion resin composition; 1-5 parts by weight of a color pigment; 1.5-5 parts by weight of an epoxy emulsion resin; and 1-5 parts by weight of natural composite minerals based on 100.0 parts by weight of the acrylic emulsion resin composition.
