<p>The implant (20) has an implant base body (22), upper and lower slides (24, 26) that are movable relative to the base body, and a fastening unit inserted into a lumbar vertebra (12) and a sacral bone (14), where the base body and the slides are made from compatible material e.g. titanium, or plastic. The base body and the slides are connected with one another in a detachable manner by using a connection device in such a manner that the slides and the base body are separated from each other in a mounting condition and connected with one another in a connection condition.</p> |
