PURPOSE: A rolling plate and 4-staged rolling method for the cuttlefish fishing are provided to cut the manufacture unit cost and to facilitate carrying and storage in one set. CONSTITUTION: A 4-staged rolling method for cuttlefish fishing includes: a first fixing step(11) that a direction converter of right lower part is caught by hands and then fixed to the two fixing holes of right upper part; a first fastening step(22) of rolling up the lower part of the cuttlefish fishing rod from the left to the right; a first direction switching step(33) that the bottom part of the cuttlefish fishing rod is located at the front right bottom part; a second fastening step(44) that the lower part of the fishing rod is rolled up from the right to the left direction; a second direction switching step(55) that the cuttlefish fishing rod is rolled up to the back side of the direction converter; a third fastening step(66) that the top end portion of the cuttlefish fishing is rolled up from the left side to the right side; a third direction switching step(77) that the top end portion edge of the cuttlefish fishing rod is located at the right upper part; a fourth fastening step(88) that the cuttlefish fishing rod is rolled up from the right side to the left side; and a second fixing step(99) that a cuttlefish fishing line is fixed to the fixing hole.
