Grinding machine with a disc motor

The machine has a grinding unit with a shaft (14) equipped with grinding tools e.g. teeth. A disk motor (10) is arranged at an end of the shaft such that a disk (16) of the disk motor is arranged perpendicular to an axis (30) defined by the shaft. The disk motor drives the shaft. The disk motor is coupled with the shaft via a planetary gear (12). A housing (28) of the gear is connected with a housing (24) of the disk motor. Permanent magnets (18) or coils (22) are attached to the disk by screws. The disk is shifted into a rotational movement by the coils.
