PURPOSE: An air-cooled icing and polishing method of a block is provided to secure the safety when a user is walking on the block by inserting the nonslip function of the surface of the block. CONSTITUTION: An air-cooled icing and polishing method of a block comprises the following steps: air-cooling the surface of the block by spraying cool air to the surface of the cured block(200); and polishing the surface of the cooled block with a polishing blade(300). The air-cooling step and the polishing step are repeated by turns.
