<p>The method involves producing a pulse-width-modulated signal (10) comprising a switched-on time (t1) and a set of switched-off times (t2) utilizing a pulse width modulation circuit (1). The pulse-width-modulated signal is routed from the pulse width modulation circuit to a demultiplexer (2). The pulse width modulation circuit and the demultiplexer are synchronized, so that the pulse-width-modulated signal is routed from the demultiplexer to one of a set of red-green-blue (RGB) LEDs (3) during one of the switched-off times of the pulse-width-modulated signal. An independent claim is also included for an illumination apparatus comprising an indicator apparatus, and a lamp connected to the indicator apparatus.</p> |
