PURPOSE: An adhesive composition of spray type for preventing pest and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to ensure convenience in use without falling of adhesive by UV ray. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition of spray type for preventing pest contains 50-55 weight% of liquid phase adhesive composition and 45-50 weight% of spray gas. The liquid adhesive composition contains 15-15.5 weight% of styreneisoprolenestyrene rubber(SIS), 30-30.5 weight% of hydrocarbon resin, 1-1.2 weight% of paraffin oil, 13-13.2 weight% of polybutene, 0.5-1 weight% of phenolic antioxidant, 20-20.3 weight% of cyclo hexane, and 20-20.3 weight% of iso hexane. A method for manufacturing the adhesive composition comprises: a step of mixing hydrocarbon resin, paraffin oil, polybutene, antioxidant, and cyclo hexane at room temperature for 50-70 minutes; a step of stirring the mixture; a step of adding styreneisoprolenestyrene rubber(SIS) to the mixture; a step of adding 20-20.3 weight% of iso hexane and stirring; a step of supplementing 2-2.03 weight% of iso hexane and 2-2.03 weight% of cyclo hexane; and a step of adding 50-55 weight% of the mixture and 45-50 weight% of spray gas to a spray container. |
