PURPOSE: A chair and a chair auxiliary tool are provided to enable a user to maintain correct posture of head and backbone even in the posture of bending his/her body. CONSTITUTION: A chair includes: a secondary back-rest which supports the head and backbone; a head rest member(210) which is attached to the secondary back-rest; a breast rest member which is attached to the secondary back-rest; and an arm rest member(270) which is attached to the secondary back-rest. The chair auxiliary tool includes: a secondary back-rest; and a head rest member which is attached to the secondary back-rest.
