The obturator (1) has a retreating device comprising a control element fixing a blade (22) in a cutting position and disconnected for displacement in a normal position during activation. The control element is freely rotatable around a longitudinal axis of a tubular housing (2), and is non-displaceably supported in the housing in a longitudinal direction. The element is rotated over a cam guide operative between the control element and a blade carrier and/or between the element and a protective cap (27) during displacement of the carrier and/or the cap in the longitudinal direction. |
