PURPOSE: An online payment processing system and a method using a terminal capable of processing payment safely while all of a seller and a payer keep the security are provided to transmit a message including Internet access security number to a payer terminal thereby safely processing payment. CONSTITUTION: According to payment request of a seller terminal, an information generator(210) generates internet connection security number. A message transmitter(220) transmits a message including the internet connection security number to a payer terminal related to the payment request. A determiner(230) inputs the internet connection security number from the payer terminal. The determiner determines whether validity about the inputted internet connection security number. A payment processor(240) performs payment process collecting payment information.
