PURPOSE: A rolling prevention apparatus is provided to enhance the appearance of a flag and to prevent the damage to the flag. CONSTITUTION: A diffraction link(30) combines a plurality of links to be rotating. A part of all of the plurality of links is combined to the top of the flag. A rotating body(20) combines one end of the rotating link to be rotating, and is installed on the flag to be rotating. A plurality of discharge holes is formed on the circumferential surface. A compressor(50) is communicated with the rotator to discharge the air through the discharging hole of the rotating body.
