PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing an arcade game management using a smartcard are provided to misuse and abuse of ID and password by performing authentication of a smart key and an inspection terminal through a cryptogram. CONSTITUTION: A smart card is inserted into an arcade game machine. The smart card comprises transaction detail information and user information. The transaction detail information comprises at least one of the number, time, and scores of game performance. The arcade game machine receives a smart card cryptogram and generates a game start command. The arcade game machine game restriction information and detail information. The arcade game machine includes a SAM(Secure Access Module)(131). The SAM generates a game stop command.
